We are a Wedding Catering - Food Truck Taqueria specialized in Mexican food and delicious, traditional flavors. Combining our delicious food with the commitment to provide you the best service possible, we create a magical and fun experience where you and your guests can enjoy your memorable event!

After nine years in business catering weddings, private events, and corporate events with companies such as Google, FirstBank, and CU Boulder, to name a few, we have built a team and a name that we are very proud of.

Grandmas would come to our food truck and not even know what is going on. They would often say, “What? Do I have to order in a truck? There is no service at the table? How do you eat this? What is a taco?” But after they finish their meal, they always come back to the window and compliment the food and tell us how great it was and that they loved it!

Of course, everybody enjoys a party, but even more so when there are tacos and a food truck involved. It is fun, it is different, and it is a way for your guests to remember your special day forever!
